Lawyer from the Autonomous University of Chile, with a diploma in Immigration Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She is a professor of the diploma course “International Migration: Policy, Regulation, and Management of Human Mobility” at Adolfo Ibáñez University and an active member of the Fundación Gente de la Calle (Street People Foundation).

With more than 8 years of experience at Cuevas Abogados, she is a partner and Director of the Global Mobility area. She has focused her practice on corporate, real estate, and regulatory law matters. She currently advises national and international companies on the planning and management of hiring foreign personnel, as well as on compliance with applicable immigration regulations.
